Marshall Goldsmith

As the founder and the Managing Director of IKZ, a consulting and private equity firm, Karl Wongchan Warner (Khaow) is dedicated to scaling Thai SMEs with integrity, innovation, and international competitiveness.

Khaow is rooted in his upbringing in Ayutthaya, Thailand. After immigrating to the U.S. at 15, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from North Dakota State University and an MBA from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.

With a background spanning six years in wealth management (sales and leadership), and pivoted into the pharmaceutical industry on the business side after his MBA. In September 2024, he returned to Thailand with a mission: to elevate Thai businesses on the global stage through ethical private equity, strategic consulting, and world-class business practices.

Chutchanok “Eye” Trirattanavatin serves as the Director of Business Development & Operations at IKZ, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience in hospitality, F&B, retail and non-profit sectors. She has successfully managed luxury hotel operations, pre-opening projects, and fundraising campaigns across the Asia Pacific, combining operational excellence with strategic growth.

Raised in New Zealand since the age of 9, she went on to receive a Bachelor of Applied Science from AUT University, New Zealand, and is currently pursuing her MBA, equipping her with both hands-on management expertise and strategic business acumen. At IKZ, she focuses on business incubation, market expansion, and ESG-driven ventures, helping scale Thai businesses with integrity and sustainable impact.
